1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Purpose:
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for all services, treatments, and products provided by Aesthetics Health & Wellness (“the Practice”).
1.2. Scope:
This policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to:
– Injectable treatments (Botox, fillers)
– RF-microneedling
– Body sculpting treatments
– Weight loss programs
– IV therapy
– Facial treatments
– Product purchases
– Package deals and memberships
2. SERVICE AND TREATMENT POLICY
2.1. Non-Refundable Services:
– All aesthetic treatments and services are non-refundable once scheduled or performed
– Deposits placed for appointment scheduling are non-refundable
– Package treatments are non-refundable once initiated
– Products used during any treatment are considered part of the service and are non-refundable
2.2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
– Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum 24-hour notice
– Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or package sessions
– Repeated cancellations may affect future booking privileges
3. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
3.1. Eligible Returns
– Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
– Products must be in resalable condition with the original receipt.
– Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
– Products purchased as part of a treatment package are non-refundable
3.2. Return Process:
– All returns must be inspected by management before approval. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Special order items are non-refundable
4. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION
4.1. Review Process:
– Management reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered in review include:
* Nature of the service/product
* Circumstances of the request
* Client history
* Documentation provided
* Medical considerations
4.2. Exceptions:
– Medical emergencies may be considered with proper documentation. Adverse reactions must be reported immediately and documented by a medical professional. Any exceptions made do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions
5. LEGAL AGREEMENTS AND LIABILITY
5.1. Legal Proceedings In the event of any challenge to this policy, the client agrees to:
– Reimburse all court costs incurred by Aesthetics Health & Wellness
– Compensate the Practice for all time spent away from business at a rate of $500 per hour
– Cover all legal fees and related expenses
– Pay any collection agency fees if applicable
– Participate in mediation before pursuing legal action
5.2. Dispute Resolution:
– Any disputes must first be addressed directly with management
– Written documentation of concerns must be provided
– A reasonable timeframe will be allowed for resolution
– Legal action should be considered only after all other resolution attempts have been exhausted
6. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
6.1. Package Deals and Memberships:
– No refunds on partially used packages
– Membership fees are non-refundable
– Unused package sessions expire after 12 months
– Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by management
6.2. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers:
– Gift cards are non-refundable.
– Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated
– Special event pricing is final and non-refundable
